沒有辦法找到合適的老師或者教練的時候也能自己按照刻意練習的方法進行訓練，所謂創造條件自己上。

這一點的體會要從之前的油畫老師說起。他出身貧寒，也沒有專業的科班出身，卻在美術家協會也有一席之地，在學校也算是學生異常喜歡的老師。當初為了提高自己的技藝，練習形體就針對不同模特，高強度寫生。練習速寫，就去公園，免費為游人速寫，每天二十幅以上高完成度的作品。遇到瓶頸，就研究并撰寫論文，論證自己的假設和看法。

這個老師一直是自己內心的一團小火焰，這樣也能好好學習，我們還抱怨什么呢？
