1.用vim 打開webapps/manager/META-INF/中的context.xml

命令：vim webapps/manager/META-INF/context.xml

說明: 因為tomcat9默認只能本機訪問管理界面, 修改后就可以遠程訪問了

2.添加用戶和權限

命令： vim conf/tomcat-users.xml
