企業(yè)社會責任
歐洲的商學院課程中,都有一項企業(yè)社會責任的課程,而蘋果經(jīng)常因血汗工廠的事件被列入反面教材。今年的院線電影也有不少關于“狼性”探討的作品,企業(yè)文化的狼性,也漸漸被人推崇。
讓勞動力充分享受生活,還是讓16小時工作制成為常態(tài)?這個疑問也許沒有固定的答案。有,也是人生理想,是體驗,還是成就。
