在面試的最后一輪,一般情況下面試官都會給應聘者機會進行提問, Do you have any questions? 那我們要如何應對,才能在最后時刻impress HR?
先來說一下大忌:休假/離職/薪酬 (除非你跟hr正好談論著以上細項,否則最好不要在面試過程中自己主動提出)
還有其他的一些,例如:
> How have I done during the interview? Have I passed? (會讓hr覺得此人傲嬌得很.)
>How quickly can I progress through the company in terms of promotion?
(沒錯,這會讓hr覺得你很有工作熱情,是要“干大事”的人吶,但也讓hr決定此人不會久留)
那么,什么才算是好問題呢?
很簡單,問所申請職位或者職業發展相關的問題,最穩妥。
例如:
> If I am successful, how long will it be before I start training? (這能展示出你的熱情和動機)
> During my research I noticed that you have just launched a new destination. Has it been successful? (問問航空公司新開的航線/新推出的產品,能表現出你對公司的關注,以及表現出你是有做功課的哦)
> Even though I don’t know yet whether I have been successful at interview, are their any books or literature I could read to find out more about the company? (這可大大表現出你很用心對待所應聘的工作)
