I want to talk about something happened two weeks ago. I took my kid to hospital for a physical examination. After the examination, I called for Uber service to pick up us at the main gate of the hospital.?

It was very hot on that morning, I checked on my smartphone from time to time the updated arrival time of the driver. I didn't want to be late and kept the driver waiting, so we went out to wait for the driver 5 minutes earlier before his car coming. However, the car didn't show up five minutes later, neither did I receive any message or call from the driver. It must be seven or eight minutes had passed, I got the driver's call finally, saying he didn't see any passengers waiting at the gate of the hospital so he just drove away. This made me really angry. I told him I had been waiting there for a long time. Further more, even he could not find any passenger at that moment, why didn't he make a call to confirm with me.?

According to my experience, as I use Uber service very often, if I could not arrive at the car in time after booking, there would be a five-minutes waiting time at the boarding location. Definitely the driver will call their passenger before leaving. Anyway, the driver tried to defend himself, but I didn't buy it. Suddenly he hung up and cancelled my booking. One minute later, another driver contacted with me and arrived soon. But I was still in a bad mood, I filed a complaint against the driver on the app. After that, I felt better.?
