大家好！ 我是李壯志。此時此刻 已經回到家中。
散場的時候，秦立永說：“我怎么有一種大學畢業的感覺？ 難舍難離。”? ? ? ? ? ? ??
其實這種感覺，我也有，最近兩三年特別多。 在某些學習課程結束的時候，大家特別不想分離。? 后來 我發現 正能量的學習組織里面 充滿著 愛，簡快課堂 這種愛的感覺 無比濃郁，成員之間 彼此信任、彼此心疼、彼此愛護、彼此激勵，這種環境? 不存在利益糾葛、立場站隊，我們褪去各種社會符號，回歸到了 生命的本初，一個又一個鮮活的靈魂。?
愛是一切力量的源泉！
上世紀八十年代末。愛因斯坦的女兒Lieserl 將父親去世時寫的1400封信捐給了希伯來大學，其中一封信傳遞了對人類命運的精髓解讀 和 相信愛無窮力量的吶喊：
信中這樣寫到：
“When I proposed the theory of relativity, very few understood me, and what I will reveal now to transmit to mankind will also collide with the misunderstanding and prejudice in the world.
當我提出相對論時候，知己甚少，而今天我要傳達的更與這個世界的誤解和偏見格格不入。
I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
我希望你能好好保存這些郵件，也許幾年，幾十年后，直到社會進化到能接受我的觀點。
There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us. This universal force is LOVE.
有一種極其強大的力量，在科學屆也無法解釋。這是一種統治其他所有的宇宙運行的現象卻不被我們認知的力量。這種偉大的力量叫“愛”。
When scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most powerful unseen force. Love is Light, that enlightens those who Give and Receive it. Love is gravity, because it makes some people feel attracted to others. Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals. For LOVE we live and die. Love is God and God is Love.
當科學家去尋找宇宙的大一統理論，他們卻忘卻了一些無形之力。愛是光明，它點亮了那些給予和獲取的人們。愛是引力，因為它讓人們彼此吸引。愛是能量，它產生最美好的東西，并讓人們不被他們盲目的自私而壓制。愛能綻放，愛能昭示。為了愛我們生存和死亡。愛是上帝，上帝就是愛！
This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, maybe because we are afraid of love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at will.
這種力量解釋萬物也給予生命的意義。這個變量我們無視了太久，也許因為我們害怕愛，因為這是宇宙中我們人類唯一至今還無法駕馭的力量！
To give visibility to love, I made a simple substitution in my most famous equation. If instead of E = mc2 we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared, we arrive at the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is, because it has no limits.
為了解釋它，我把最有名的公式E=mc2 做個簡單替代。如果大家接受這個能量來治愈世界，那么愛乘以光速的平方，我們就得到這個結論：愛是最偉大的力量，因為它是無限的！
After the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is urgent that we nourish ourselves with another kind of energy…
在人類無法使用控制宇宙中其他的力量之后，我們迫切需要用另一種能量去滋補自己。

如果想讓我們的宗族生存，如果我們想要找到生活意義，如果想要拯救世界和居住在地球的所有生靈，愛是唯一的答案！
Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to entirely destroy the hate, selfishness and greed that devastate the planet.
也許我們還沒有準備好愛的炸藥，一種強大武器去摧毀那些讓星球毀滅的仇恨，自私，貪欲。
However, each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of LOVE whose energy is waiting to be released.
但每個人都攜帶了一些許卻可以等待釋放出強大力量的“愛”的發電機。
When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have affirmed that Love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because Love is the quintessence of Life!
當我們學會給予和獲取這種強力的時候，親愛的Lieserl，我們會確認愛征服一切，有能力去傳遞任何信息，因為愛是生命的精華。

愛需要無條件、愛需要去學習、理解，愛需要技巧、愛需要應用。
四天簡快的課程，最大的收獲不僅僅是收獲了來自所有伙伴的愛；更重要的是道與術完美結合。有的時候，不是沒有愛，而是我們因為缺乏正見，看不到、無法解讀。有的時候，不是沒有愛，而是我們不懂得如何表達、經營、發展這份愛。?
感謝李莉老師，感謝眾位師友，讓大壯體會到了不一樣的愛，不一樣的視角。
既然學習了愛，那么我們就把它用出來。?
學習的最高境界 不是掌握多少高深理論、學科體系，而是立刻應用、時時應用。
用了，就是有用。 ?沒用就是沒用！
今年的父親節，我嘗試突破了自己在眾人面前 與父親擁抱并說出我的感謝；而這份勇氣和契機也是來源于簡快公開課 秦立永 以及頭馬 學友Kelly的分享。
?當我擁抱父親的那一刻，感覺好溫暖、好溫暖；其實對于父親，我并沒有心中想象的那份怨氣，只是我們雙方都沒有找到 彼此接受的表達與溝通方式而已； 同樣 父親也給予了我積極的回應，那一刻 確實 我找到了兒時的感覺......
學習了簡快，我希望在下次回家的時候，找合適的機會，與爸爸、媽媽用簡快中所傳授的語言形式表達出來。（等做完后，再與各位分享心得、感受）
聚是一團火、散是滿天星，讓愛 貫穿于每一天的生活！
雖然今天暫時分別，但我們心中都已種下一粒種子。?
回想 來之前，有人可能會期待 找到一座燈塔 指引前行，可是 當課程結束的時候，我們也許發現 自己已經成長為一座燈塔、一顆明星，給他人帶去愛和希望，就像 李莉老師給予我們的一樣。
每一個人都是一座孤島，但每個人又不是一座孤島，因為島與島之間是海水相連，而這無邊無際海水的就是彼此之間的愛。
愿你我都可以活出精彩的自己，走進愛意滿滿的世界！
