1 vexing adj. 使人煩惱的 (和后文中出現的“bothersome”是一個含義)

Thoughts


Students don't share my love of rewriting . They think of it as punishement: extra homework or extra infield practice. Please——if you are such a student——think of it is a gift. You won't write well until you understand that writing is an evolving process, not a finished product. Nobody expects you to get it right the first time, or even the second time.

? 讀到文章需要修改這段內容,我想起上周辦公室的語文老師幾乎面批了每一位學生的作文,有幾位問題比較大的學生讓他們改了三稿。其中兩位學生因為改語文作文弄到晚上十點,結果家長就在群里面抱怨語文作業多,老師一直讓學生改作文有什么好改的,還不如直接重寫。先不去談老師的辛苦,家長的無知和不知感恩,作文改寫確實讓很多人拒絕。包括自己小時候,老師讓我改寫作文一遍甚至兩遍,我都會覺得好煩。老師是不是在整我。我們不愿意花時間重復在一件事情上,覺得那是浪費時間。人因此也變得越來越浮躁,不要說文章的改寫,很多時候我們發出去的微信信息都懶的去看第二遍有沒有錯別字或表達不清就直接發出去了。雖然這并不會給我們生活造成多大的障礙但是總給人一種浮躁,不誠懇的感覺。現在筆記已經做到第八篇了,我越來越注意寫好的東西要多看幾篇,甚至讀出來,然后進行一定修改。讀這本書,潛移默化中我們把理論運用到了實際。
