My thoughts

這一章讀起來很有意思，尤其是在開頭的時候，腦海里總是浮現出蘇東坡做瑜伽的樣子，想著他這么個大詩人在那里吃力地擺弄自己的身體實在是有趣。讀到后面才知道當時蘇東坡推崇的瑜伽和我想的那種是不一樣的。中國古代的養生并不相信通過運動可以讓人健康，他們喜歡靜靜地呆著，做些冥想類的活動，保持精力，可謂是真正的“養”生。
