我們從小就學英語，學了這么多年感覺還是聽不懂并且不敢開口，最近嘗試換了一種方式重新拾起英語，些許個人經驗分享，如有不適合之處歡迎吐槽。
我們下定決心學語言通常都有一個契機，或者是看到身邊的小伙伴們在努力？或者是想不帶字幕的看懂一部電影？或者是想出國旅游時可以和外國人交流？或者是為了升職加薪？或者僅僅是為了愛好。。。不管是哪種，至少你已經有了一個目標，有了一個動機，最重要的是你有興趣有目的地去做，內心渴望學習才能更加投入，更容易堅持住。我們已經過了需要考試的年紀，so just do what you want and enjoy it.
大概是去年的時候老公加入了一個網絡外教一對一課程，他的英語基礎不是很好，但是經過小半年的時間（每天25分鐘練習）已經有很大進步，至少他真的敢說了，于是他勸我也嘗試一下，雖然我基礎還可以但是不敢交流，出國玩的時候還得慫恿老公去問路。堅持了三個月后確實發現自己有很大提升，和外教日常交流已經沒什么大問題了，聊得好的外教我們彼此經常會分享一些近期發生的小故事等，整個學習過程是快樂的，有趣的，還可以交到好朋友。
前一陣聽了一堂微課，伍教授教大家要使用“真英語”，“真英語”指的是那些“使用級”的英文原著，國外網站，電視節目，演講等等，而不是教材一類的“學習級”內容。我現在已經開始嘗試透析法讀英文小說，開始選了《Robinson cursoe》，讀了大概20%實在讀不下了，生詞太多，換了《Harry Poter and the Phiosopher’s Stone》之后好很多，所以選書一定要根據自己的水平和喜歡讀的類型來選擇，難度從低到高，循序漸進，讀完一本給自己一些小獎勵，既有成就感又有禮物收，perfect！
平時地鐵或者空閑時間我磨耳朵，聽一些英語廣播，如 Tunein Radio或者iphone自帶 podcast。
以上就是我最近在堅持的三件事。最后想說，學英語的方法有很多，可以參考上面的5 Principles 7 Actions先嘗試一種，如果能一起實踐當然最好了，但不管哪種方法一定要堅持，要堅持，要堅持！因為學語言真的沒有捷徑，多聽--讓自己沉浸在英語的環境下，量變一定會達到質變；多說—別放過任何用英語的機會，最好是找個小伙伴一起練習效果很更好。身邊有那么多的小伙伴都在努力，你也不能落下哦！一起加油！
