問題描述
蘋果 iTunes 12.7 已經無法下載 ipa 包，如果想在 iTunes 12.7 使用已經無力回天。所以，只能降級！降級！降級！
注：降級 iTunes 12.6.2 會導致無法識別到 iPhone8 / iPhone8 plus / iPhone X 設備， 2017.10月30號更新，下載 iTunes 12.6.3 支持 iPhone 8，iPhone X和iOS 11。
降級步驟
1.下載舊的 iTunes 12.6
首先下載舊包： 下載鏈接
下載 iTunes 12.6.3： Mac, PC 32-bit or PC 64-bit
支持 Mac 和 Windows!
2.卸載 iTunes 12.7
如果你已經下載新版本，只能先卸載，否則無法安裝。
3.安裝 iTunes12.6.2.dmg
以下以 Mac 電腦安裝為例，windows 類似（但沒有驗證哦）
安裝過程，要關閉一些應用，只能關閉不然無法安裝：
安裝時間有點長？最終是20分鐘安裝完，看電腦性能，又要換電腦了-_- 。
4.打開 iTunes 報錯
如果之前安裝過 其它版本，打開時提示
iTunes安裝完之后顯示：不能讀取文件‘iTunes Library.itl'',說因為它是由更高版本iTunes所創建的。你要現在下載 iTunes 嗎？
解決方法 到 Music/iTunes 目錄下，刪除 iTunes 目錄就可以，重啟打開就正常
5.打開 iTunes 應用
第一次打開 iTunes 是沒有應用列表的，要點擊如圖設置：

總結
目前這個方法在 10月30號還可以使用，后續不知道蘋果會不會禁止，所以，iTunes 12.6 的安裝包大家保存好啦~
其實，蘋果這個做也是迎合云端的趨勢，現在已經很少有人在電腦上備份手機信息、通訊錄、相片等，未來蘋果也是希望用戶使用 iCloud 來同步數據和備份數據。大家慢慢就習慣了，當然用 ipa 包另有所圖的就這樣啦~

這個iTunes 12.6.3 是蘋果10月14日更新的，最大特點是支持iPhone 8，iPhone X和iOS 11。
根據蘋果說明，提供 iTunes 12.6.3 來滿足一些企業的需求，比如批量 iOS 部署，現在看來安裝 iTunes 12.6.3 這個版本，應該是可下載 IPA 包的可行方案的權宜之計。**
