To apply deliberate practice effectively,we should keep two crucial points in mind.
Firstly,you need a teacher who can assign practice techniques properly for you.This demands you identify the best performers.The methods including rule-based competiton or objective measures of performance,except subjective judgements.We would benefit from setting them and their differences apart from the rest.Partly because,those teachers can help you develop a necessary foundation, good habit and valuable feedback and so on.
Then,it's significant to make sure your field has a highly developed skills.As we know, only tremendous amount of hours to practice is far from enough.Deliberate practice also requires good and generic practice,speficial devise.

今日收獲最大的，第一部分選老師的內容。因為面對考研，選擇優秀合適的老師是必須考慮的問題。之前自己選老師的方法，更偏向于感性：“不選女老師，趕腳沒有男導師好相處”……對于這準則。。。自己對選導師，好導師重新思考了下：①客觀評論的根據：SCI的影響因子和篇數，不是決定因素但也說明問題，學碩科碩方向不同，自己選擇時占的比重也應不同；②看醫院網站的官網醫患評論，好的老師不僅有醫術學術還有醫德仁心③有幸成為他的學生，覺得老師優秀要不斷尋找老師為什么不一樣④積極與導師交流，獲得及時反饋，而不是圈地造車⑤重中之重：好好復習考上再說！
其實對于這些標準也有疑惑，我們可以選出優秀的老師，但如何選擇適合自己的。
