關(guān)于想嘗試冥想的原因,是因?yàn)槲蚁氚寻褜?duì)自己向內(nèi)延伸的求索,轉(zhuǎn)變成應(yīng)對(duì)外在挑戰(zhàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)自我升華的韌性。
養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣的訣竅,在每天的同一時(shí)間做同一件事更容易養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣。所以我選擇在起床時(shí)冥想。
我使用的冥想app叫做 Headspace。Headspace上帶領(lǐng)入門(mén)者的冥想一共有10天的內(nèi)容。作為一個(gè)容易實(shí)現(xiàn)的周期,10天不短不長(zhǎng),是個(gè)非常合適圓滿的數(shù)字。
因?yàn)榈谝惶焱彩亲钣信d趣的一天,所以我開(kāi)始了這次記錄,希望可以在第10天結(jié)束時(shí)解鎖這一次冥想的簡(jiǎn)單嘗試。
為了給所有人自己應(yīng)得的空間和自由,我不通過(guò)分享內(nèi)容來(lái)強(qiáng)行剝奪走你們第一次使用的感受。但是經(jīng)過(guò)第一天短短的幾分鐘,確實(shí)讓我的大腦感覺(jué)到了一次輕松,沒(méi)有那么沉重了。

Meditating consistently can be difficult. But there are ways to make it easier. Try to anchor your practice to another part of your routine, like brushing your teeth. Wake up and think: brush teeth, meditate, shower.

Pause for a moment to notice how your feel right now.
Day 5
The idea of effort is a bit weird when you meditate.
Meditation is about letting go, not trying, not doing anything in fact.
So, for today's session, don't worry about achieving anything. Just sit back and enjoy being present in the world.
