巴西國家博物館位于巴西里約熱內盧市昆拉達博阿維斯塔公園。巴西國家博物館是巴西最古老的博物館之一，在19世紀初曾是葡萄牙王室的王宮，為美洲地區最大的人文和自然歷史博物館之一。經過近200年的發展，館藏文物涵蓋了地質學、古生物學、植物學、動物學、生物人類學、考古學和人類文化學等多個門類。巴西國家博物館同時還是巴西最大的科學圖書館，藏有超過47萬卷圖書和2400件珍本。
