在touchMoved方法中

如果采用pan手勢平移, 則在UIPangestureRecognizer響應事件中
CGPoint transP = [pan translationInView:self.imageV];
self.imageV.transform = CGAffineTransformTranslate(self.imageV, transP.x, transP.y);
//讓它相對于上一次復位
[pan setTranslation:CGPointZero inView:self.imageV];
如果采用pinch想要實現捏合縮放, 則在UIPinchRecognizer響應事件中
self.imageV.transform = CGAffineTransformScale(self.imageV.transform, pinch.scale, pinch.scale);
//復位
[pinch setScale:1];
想要旋轉也是同理, 在UIRotationGestureRecognizer響應事件中,
self.imageV.transform = CGAffineTransformRotate(self.imageV.transform, rota.rotation);
//復位
[rota setRotation:0];
如果既想捏合又想旋轉, 如果只是簡單地添加兩種手勢, 會發現, 先做縮放或先做旋轉, 那另一種就不能同時做了, 此時要分別對兩種手勢添加代理, UIGestureRecognizerDelegate, 并實現一個協議方法:
- (BOOL)gestureRecognizer:(UIGestureRecognizer *)gestureRecognizer shouldRecognizeSimultaneouslyWithGestureRecognizer:(UIGestureRecognizer *)otherGestureRecognizer{

讓系統知道我們需要同時支持多種手勢
當我們要實現view的某些地方可以響應手勢, 某些地方不響應
