因?yàn)樾枰?jīng)常提交不同的APP審核,好記性不如爛筆頭,所以把經(jīng)常遇到的問(wèn)題以及解決方案總結(jié)一下,如果大家有什么更好的方案或者有審核的難題的話可以留言,大家一起討論

首先安利一個(gè)蘋(píng)果審核指南中文版

敲重點(diǎn)啦!!!

• 截圖很重要,有的英文都不用看直接看圖就知道拒絕原因了?? 而且我看到蘋(píng)果的大部分截圖都是ipad上測(cè)試的,所以提醒下大家最好保證app能在ipad上正常顯示
• 版本更新,評(píng)論,安卓,"demo," "trial," "beta," or "test"這些字眼一出現(xiàn)(app里面的網(wǎng)頁(yè)出現(xiàn)也不行),肯定被拒,建議需要顯示的話可以本地定個(gè)時(shí)間,過(guò)了這個(gè)時(shí)間就顯示,或者通過(guò)后臺(tái)給的字段判斷顯示隱藏
• 一些分享登錄的按鈕要根據(jù)用戶有沒(méi)有下載這個(gè)app來(lái)顯示隱藏,除非像微博,支付寶,淘寶這些可以網(wǎng)頁(yè)登錄的
• 不能一進(jìn)去就是登陸頁(yè)面 而且不登錄操作不下去,要弄個(gè)游客模式,或者弄個(gè)登陸界面和注冊(cè)頁(yè)面,審核時(shí)提供登陸的賬號(hào)密碼給蘋(píng)果審核就好
• 虛擬支付只能使用蘋(píng)果內(nèi)購(gòu),實(shí)物可以使用支付寶微信,如果你是虛擬的幣之類的,最好先隱藏了,然后要購(gòu)買虛擬的話費(fèi)啊或者什么卡密之類的要先隱藏了,只顯示實(shí)物,最后購(gòu)買的時(shí)候跳往支付寶網(wǎng)頁(yè)

Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property

The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name of the financial institution in the app or its metadata, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the financial institution’s name. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.

如果你的應(yīng)用屬于金融類app,那就需要升級(jí)賬號(hào)為公司賬號(hào),個(gè)人賬號(hào)是不能提交金融app的,具體升級(jí)步驟參考:http://www.lxweimin.com/p/58c9ff5d4445,注意:如果通過(guò)直接打蘋(píng)果客服電話升級(jí)公司賬號(hào),他問(wèn)你的職位時(shí),一定要說(shuō)是公司創(chuàng)始人,不然之后你再申請(qǐng)也沒(méi)用,蘋(píng)果規(guī)定一定要是公司的創(chuàng)始人才能升級(jí)公司賬號(hào)

4.3 重復(fù) App

如果之前上過(guò)相同的項(xiàng)目,但是下架了,可以申訴表明現(xiàn)在這個(gè)是App Store上唯一一個(gè)app,其他的都已下架,不是的話,如果你想上馬甲,估計(jì)得混淆一下代碼,改下UI,或者套個(gè)殼

2.1 大禮包

1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata.
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

解決方案:這個(gè)是蘋(píng)果覺(jué)得你可能違反的一些條例,沒(méi)有的話直接一條一條拒絕就好了,最好不要完全復(fù)制模板,可以做點(diǎn)修改,回復(fù)之后app就會(huì)繼續(xù)審核

例如:
1.1.6：我們絕對(duì)沒(méi)有包含任何的虛假信息和誤導(dǎo)用戶的功能，全都是真實(shí)的。
2.3.0：我們沒(méi)有在通過(guò)后修改任何概念和功能。 只是我們加了個(gè)節(jié)日變換主題顏色的開(kāi)關(guān)
2.3.1：我們絕對(duì)沒(méi)有切換到任何賭博或彩票的網(wǎng)站。
3.1.1：我們App內(nèi)沒(méi)有購(gòu)買虛擬物品的功能。
4.3.0：我們?cè)?jīng)用公司的另一個(gè)賬號(hào)在市場(chǎng)上上了一個(gè)包,業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)整了所以已經(jīng)主動(dòng)下架了，我們保證市場(chǎng)上只有這一個(gè)包
5.2.1：我們的App并沒(méi)有法人實(shí)體和版權(quán)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
5.2.3:我們絕對(duì)沒(méi)有使用到音頻和視頻下載和分享。
5.3.4：我們沒(méi)有使用到App定位功能，發(fā)貨地址都是用戶自行填寫(xiě)。

標(biāo)題被拒

解決方案:標(biāo)題字?jǐn)?shù)盡量控制在25個(gè)字以內(nèi)； 語(yǔ)句一定要通順，關(guān)鍵詞堆疊的做法行不通了； 不要出現(xiàn)近音詞或者是有包含關(guān)系的關(guān)鍵詞。 不能出現(xiàn)競(jìng)品詞； 副標(biāo)題一般為一到兩句話，只能出現(xiàn)不到3個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞。

應(yīng)用內(nèi)涉及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(蘋(píng)果產(chǎn)品)，未聲明與蘋(píng)果無(wú)關(guān)

Indicate that Apple is not involved in any way with the contest or sweepstakes(抽獎(jiǎng)?lì)恆pp沒(méi)表明規(guī)則)

應(yīng)用內(nèi)涉及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，未聲明與蘋(píng)果無(wú)關(guān)

解決方案:在APP的appstore描述以及在APP關(guān)于我們頁(yè)面加入（特別聲明： 本應(yīng)用的所有活動(dòng)與內(nèi)容跟蘋(píng)果公司無(wú)關(guān)）這句話,然后讓前端做了一個(gè)規(guī)則頁(yè)面在banner輪播(反正這個(gè)隨時(shí)下了??)

蘋(píng)果所有應(yīng)用必須支持IPv6-only網(wǎng)絡(luò)

IPV6問(wèn)題

解決方案:如果之前的版本都能夠通過(guò)審核,說(shuō)明app是支持IPv6-only網(wǎng)絡(luò)的,據(jù)很多人反映,只要打開(kāi)頁(yè)面菊花一直在加載不隱藏或者蘋(píng)果那邊認(rèn)為"你app有地方我看了沒(méi)數(shù)據(jù)，或者不能完全打開(kāi)"蘋(píng)果都會(huì)總結(jié)為ipv6的問(wèn)題,本來(lái)我想發(fā)個(gè)郵件申訴一下的,后來(lái)我直接重新打過(guò)一個(gè)一樣的包重新審核就過(guò)了...如果真是IPv6的問(wèn)題也是后臺(tái)那邊的鍋,絕對(duì)不接??

APP年齡限制

age

解決方案:建議不在乎一些低齡用戶的app直接選成17+,一般兒童類APP過(guò)審比較嚴(yán)

技術(shù)支持地址

解決方案:因?yàn)樘峤坏腶pp暫時(shí)沒(méi)有自己應(yīng)用的頁(yè)面 所以之前一直填的是另一個(gè)app的應(yīng)用頁(yè)面就被拒了,后來(lái)我就換成簡(jiǎn)書(shū)的博客...

APP名稱、截圖和預(yù)覽中包含價(jià)格信息（免費(fèi)、打折）將無(wú)法上架 App Store

“Your app's name, icons, screenshots, or previews to be displayed on the App Store include references to your app's price, which is not considered a part of these metadata items.?

Please remove any references to your app's price from your app's name, including any references to your app being free or discounted. If you would like to advertise changes to your app's price, it would be appropriate to include this information in the app description. Changes to your app's price can be made in the Pricing and Availability section of iTunes Connect.”

蘋(píng)果表示應(yīng)用程序的名稱、截圖或者預(yù)覽中都不能出現(xiàn)APP的價(jià)格信息，不管是免費(fèi)還是折扣信息。

解決方案:如果你特別想展示價(jià)格變化的信息，蘋(píng)果建議開(kāi)發(fā)者可將其添加在應(yīng)用描述中。

Guideline 1.1.6 - Safety - Objectionable Content

Your app's metadata contains misleading content or content that is intended to deceive users.

Please note that adding a disclaimer to the app description is not sufficient if the rest of the metadata and the app are misleading.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time.

解決方案:APP名稱、關(guān)鍵字、截圖和預(yù)覽一定要與應(yīng)用匹配
