依賴問題

log4j-1.2-api用于適配使用log4j接口,log4j-slf4j-impl用于橋接slf4j,disruptor是log4j2高性能的核心元素,用于async logger - 需要ban掉的依賴

配置問題
log4j2的配置相較于log4j在精簡上有比較大的改進,而且還可以支持一些比較皮的操作,比如動態配置,詳細內容請看這里
在升級過程中,最簡單的方式直接復制一份log4j2.xml到classpath路徑下
