聯想到萬維鋼老師的新書《高手:精英的見識和我們的時代》里,曾提到的一個公式:
喜歡 = 熟悉 + 意外
身處這個時代的我們,對于汽車這個代步工具已然是再熟悉不過的了,而 Elon Musk 在這里所做的則是對傳統汽車和混合動力汽車進行大改良,聚焦在電動汽車這個“清潔能源”的新概念上,同時盡善盡美的追求 Tesla 汽車由內而外的每一個工業設計細節,比如駕駛操作控制觸摸屏,鋁制車身,門把手,鷹翼門設計等等,專注于將用戶的駕駛體驗提升到極致。
這種完全置身于用戶的角度,在再熟悉不過的產品上賦予極致的意外之喜,無怪乎用戶隨之而來的對 Tesla 電動汽車的喜歡與追捧。
套句《何以笙簫默》里的話,
如果世界上曾經有那輛車出現過,其他車都會變成將就,我不愿意將就。

兵來將擋,水來土掩,遇到的問題總會被解決。每當Elon剛步入事業輝煌時刻或者劫后逢生總會有新的問題困難出現,Elon 不是思前恐后,而是針對要害,盡己所能重點解決,也并沒有去衡量自己的付出是否一定會度過難關,是否功虧一簣等諸多雜念。而或許恰是這份純粹的的付出和拼搏,每次都化險為夷度過難關。會有人擔心“全心去做某事要是萬一失敗了豈不是一無所獲”,而當你有此權衡時某種程度早已分心,再則真的全心投入做到極致最終還沒成功,這可能要歸咎點一點運氣吧,而這幾率也是少之又少吧。事實是,我們所付出的程度還沒達到談及運氣的層級,自己卻各種實力甩鍋。
