Recently,a report shows that some local governments of China had added some restrictions on the Internet car.Although the center government has repeatedly advocated the market economy,this behavoir of a part of local governments is still disappointing.
What is the shareing economy?
Give a simple common example:if you have a sport bike and you will not use it recently and you want to provide rental for your bike,then,you publish the information of bicycle renting on the internet .And just at this time,a man(no matter who he is,a acquaintence or a stranger) wants to get a sport bike for a short ride，but he don't want to buy a new bike.at this time,what will the man do?
Oh,it's so easy,he may search some bicycle renting information on the internet.And he happen to see your bicycle renting information on the internet,if he feel your bike is good,he may give you rents and rent this bike from you.
So,we know,in the internet age，we can share a lot of things with others like this.If you have one thing while others not have,or others have some useful things you need but you not have，you can exchange each other.
This is the shareing economy in the internet age.
We know,the shareing economy fully developed only in the internet age,because this age Information transmission is very fast.
And second,Sharing economy is the result of market,can't be easily intervened by external administrative forces,otherwise,the market will not be normal and healthy,do you think so?
