保持動機:
也許刻意練習中的人最終要面對的最大問題,許多無法堅持的人是三分鐘熱度,我自己也是,看完一本勵志書或雞湯文后,斗志昂揚,但隨著時間推移和外界誘惑慢慢消散。正如作者提到的“新年決心效應”,每到年末大家又開始盤點討論年初設定的計劃完成多少了呢!

set up your schedule: 記日程這件事很早就開始了,但都沒堅持很久,直到這一次,中途有幾天開始進入低潮期就暫停了好多天,后來開始反思發覺沒記時做事效率和積極性都很低,便又重新開始,并嘗試不同的方法和時間。以前雖然看過很多關于記日程的好處但也沒這次認真反思親自試驗有效,因此現在每天多晚都會回顧今天任務完成情況,并安排隔日要事。
a group of like-minded individuals:雖然我們的進步很大程度依然取決于自己,但如果有人指導、反饋、鼓勵,有時會讓學習和工作變得更高效。就像這個閱讀群,如果沒加入,沒有Eric的指導,許多讀書的方法和方式,不知道還要等多久自己才能有所發覺和思考。和大家一起打卡,擴展了知識面,也了解更多思維方式,看到大家都這么優秀努力,就更不想放棄。
