人機界面站(HIS)
HIS主要用于操作和監(jiān)視 - 它顯示了用戶快速掌握工廠運行狀態(tài)所需的過程變量,控制參數(shù),報警,圖表等。

VF / VI 702卡用于在計算機和V網(wǎng)/VL網(wǎng)之間提供H/W接口。此外,還有一個Ethernet卡,用于在計算機和以太網(wǎng)之間提供H/W接口。
APC客戶端站
這是一臺基于Windows的計算機,其用于顯示和操作Exarqe / Exasmoc視圖。HIS是APC客戶站之一。安裝了Exasmoc / Exarqe客戶端軟件。
Web服務(wù)器站
這是一臺從APC服務(wù)器站調(diào)取Exasmoc / Exarqe數(shù)據(jù)的Web服務(wù)器站。它還可以使用Web技術(shù)訪問Intranet外部的Exasmoc / Exarqe數(shù)據(jù)。

Description of System Configuration components
Human Interface Station (HIS)
The HIS is mainly used for operation and monitoring – it displays process variables, control parameters, alarms, graphics etc. necessary for users to quickly grasp the operating status of the plant.
The HIS will also perform operation and monitoring function for Exasmoc controller through it’s specially built operator window panels. Next section will provide detailed information on working with these panels. This allows operator to use a common station for standard operation, monitoring and control along with Exasmoc’s Advanced Process Control, monitoring operations.
Desktop type HIS is a generic personal computer running on Windows.
Console type HIS is the high-end station running on Windows. In addition to desktop type HIS functionality it also incorporates functionality similar to its CENTUM predecessors.
Field Control Station (FCS)
The FCS mainly controls the plant in BRC and ERC modes besides its many other functions. If the COAST modules are used in the user project then it is intended to run under FCS. A Users system may have Standard FCS (LFCS) and/or Compact FCS (SFCS) depending on project demand.
Engineering PC (ENG)
This is the PC with engineering function used to perform CENTUM CS 3000/1000-system generation and maintenance management. It can be the same type of general purpose PC as the HIS, and can even be the same PC as the.
SMOC-PC Builder
This is software running on Windows 95 or higher OS. The main purpose of this Software is to build/engineer AIDA and/or SMOC model; configure Exasmoc online controller and DCS definition interface. It will generate .EXA file as explained in Part A of this manual. These files will be then downloaded from this computer to Exasmoc station either through Ethernet or through portable media (e.g. Zip disk, MO, DAT etc)
APC Server station
This is a Windows based computer where actual Exarqe/Exasmoc online S/W will be running. The above figure shows the Exarqe/Exasmoc online controller as client to Exaopc server.
VF/VI 702 Card is used to provide H/W interface between computer and V net / VL net. Further there is also an Ethernet card for providing H/W interface between computer and Ethernet.
APC Client station
This is a Windows based computer where Exarqe/Exasmoc views are displayed and operated. HIS is one of APC client station. Exasmoc/Exarqe client software are installed.
Web Server station
This is a Web server station to dispatch Exasmoc/Exarqe data from APC Server station. It is also available to access Exasmoc/Exarqe data outside the Intranet using Web technology.
