總結反思
通過對這篇文章的閱讀，最大的感受就是一家企業要想在不斷前進的社會市場中站得一席之地就必須不斷地創新，否則就會被其他跑得更快的競爭者拋下。企業是需要不斷注入新的血液，不斷創新的，一些龐大的集團往往會出現體系固化，尾大不掉的現象。如何始終保持創新活力，預測流行趨向是值得重視的問題。其次是平衡企業與政府之間的關系。政府對市場起到的是調控和監管的作用，而不是主導作用。在中國，同樣存在這種現象，政企必須分開。
第一天，通讀全文，積累了一些詞匯，對照篤師的示范以及群里同學們的提問，發現自己真的是讀得太不仔細了！從Topic2起，一定反復咀嚼文章中不是很懂的地方。第二天的神句翻譯讓我徹底認識到自己中文水平有多糟糕，翻譯出來的句子有多不通順。后來對照篤師的示范發現有些句子我其實連意思都沒懂，根本就是南轅北轍_(:з」∠)_以上，明天繼續！
