@yuyichao I found that the environment variables were wrong. I edited ~/.xprofile as below and it worked.

export GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx

我的解決辦法是，在atom里面打開兩個文件。當你在某個文件中編輯時發現無法切換到sogou，ctrl+tab切換到另一個文件再切換回來，就可以了。
