webview調用本地照相、圖庫

前言：因為一直在做E家的項目，剛好碰到這么一個功能，就是頁面需要調用相機、圖庫，但是因為SDK版本高低不同，尤其是7.0+的，需要做適配，所以自己總結了一兩個類，功能簡單而且易懂，拿下來就能用。
一個意外的坑，如果點擊沒有反應，要去看看設置->權限那里，是不是沒有打開相關的權限，例如讀取SD卡、攝像頭等,很重要，很重要，很重要。準備開始了：

一、H5頁面的標簽
<input type="file" accept=".jpeg, .jpg, .png" name="upload_file" id="js-title-img-input">
二、AndroidManifest權限

至此，所有角色介紹完畢，以下看看大概怎么用吧！可以在Activity或Fragment中。只要設置一下WebChromeClient，然后在onActivityResult中做返回處理：

1、webView.setWebChromeClient(new MyWebChromeClient());//設置WebChromeClient
