一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)
例如：
I eat
You eat
He/She/It eats
They eat
We eat
For positive statements:
肯定句
I/You/We/They + verb + object/complement
例如：
I eat pizza.
He/She/It + verb + s +object/complement
She eats pizza.
For negative statements:
否定句
Subject + don’t/doesn’t + verb + object/complement
例如：
I don’t eat pizza.
She doesn’t eat pizza.
For questions:
疑問句
Question word + do/does + subject + verb
例如：
Where do you live?
Where does he live?
We use the present simple tense for repeated or regular actions in the present time period.

Present Progressive
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)
Subject + to be + verb + ing + object/complement.
例如：
I am eating.
You are eating.
He/She/It is running.
They are sitting.
We are going home.
To make a negative statement , we use:
否定句
Subject + to be + not+ verb + ing+ object/complement
例如：
I am not eating pizza.
She is not eating pizza.
To make a question:
疑問句
To be + subject + verb + ing + object/complement
例如：
Are you listening to me?
Is he eating?
The present progressive is used to show actions that are happening right now.
此時(shí)此刻正在發(fā)生的事情用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)
例如：
My sister is eating a banana right now.
Please stop making so much noise.
We are studying.
We use the present progressive to talk about actions that are true at the moment, but not always true.
我們討論現(xiàn)在真實(shí)發(fā)生的事情但不限于一直真實(shí)的事情，我們用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)

I am training for a marathon.
Present Simple or Progressive?
如何選擇一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)
We use present simple for habits and facts.
事實(shí)和習(xí)慣我們用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)
例如：
I walk to school every morning.
Grass is green.
We use the present progressive for events that are happening right now or that are temporary.
此時(shí)此刻或者這段時(shí)間正在發(fā)生的事情，我們用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)
例如：
I am sitting in a chair. (right now)
I am studying English these days. (temporary)
My brother works in a hospital.
(he has been working there for a while, and will probably work there for a long time)
（他在醫(yī)院工作了一段時(shí)間，而且可能將在這里工作很長一段時(shí)間）
My brother is working in McDonalds.
(he is working there these days, but doesn’t plan to work there for very long)
（這些天他在麥當(dāng)勞工作，但是他不會計(jì)劃在這里工作太長時(shí)間）
